We collect the data you give us through the contact form, the chat assistant and the project planner: your name, email, company, and the details of your project (type, length, timeline, budget range and any message you write). We also keep the language you used.

We use this data to answer your enquiry and to prepare a proposal or quote. We do not use it for advertising or sell it to anyone.

Your consent, given when you tick the privacy checkbox, and the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract (article 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and afterwards for the periods required by law.

We do not share your data with third parties except the providers that help us run this service, under data processing agreements: [HOSTING PROVIDER], [EMAIL PROVIDER] and [AI PROVIDER THAT PROCESSES CHATBOT ANSWERS].

If any provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
